Each serving of HIGH PERFORMANCE WHEY™ will deliver 25g of protein and contains an excellent pool of amino acids, including the branch chain amino acids leucine, isoleucine and valine which can be oxidised during exercise*1. In addition, Garnell Nutrition has further enhanced the nutritional properties of the product by providing added glutamine. Collectively these amino acids are extremely important for protein synthesis, preventing muscle breakdown and play a significant role in muscle construction, volumisation and repair in conjunction with your training regime.

HIGH PERFORMANCE WHEY™ is a premium supplement made from a blend of whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate and Glutamine offering up to 78g of protein per 100g product. Analysed dry matter, this equates to 82g per 100g, put simply “a particularly high percentage of protein”.
Furthermore, the refining process employed in manufacture produces a protein that is low in carbohydrate and fat so has an excellent nutritional profile, demonstrating high levels of Beta Lactoglobulin, Alpha Lactalbumin, Glycomacropeptide and Immunoglobulin.
