Directions for Use:
Add 3 scoops (1 serving or 150 g) of Stealth® to 16 ounces of cold water or skim milk. Mix in a blender or shaker cup for 30 seconds and consume. For the most rapid weight gain consume one serving of Stealth® 30 minutes before and immediately after training. Also, consume Stealth® on non-training days first thing in the morning and then as a mid-day meal. It is important to consume 10 additional ounces of water following each great tasting Stealth® shake. Also, make sure to eat at least three balanced whole food meals per day in addition to drinking Stealth®.
