Recommended Usage Use 2 servings of Pharma Gain daily to maximise your ability to increase healthy body mass. Ideal to be used either to replace meals, or between meals to increase calorie-intake.

How to mix For a 100G serving add 3 scoops to 350ml of ice cold water and shake for 10 seconds. For a 133G serving add 4 scoops to 450ml of ice cold water and shake for 10 seconds. Servings per container 22 x 100G (3 scoop) servings.
