How does Quattro® time-release protein work?
To trigger new muscle growth you need the highest quality proteins science has to offer and that means whey protein and micellar casein. However, we don’t use just any type of whey protein for one stop XTREMETM, first we use two different hydrolysed (pre-digested) whey proteins; one has a HIGH DH (degree of hydrolysis meaning how much it’s been pre-digested) which the human body can absorb almost instantly, the second has a LOW DH providing the human body with a secondary hit of whey peptides. Third, we use a preferentially selected whey protein concentrate that is chosen for its high levels of bioactive fractions and superior branched-chain amino acid (BCAA) content. Fourth, we add pure ultra filtered micellar casein that is digested over a longer period of time feeding your body with essential amino acids for up to 4 hours providing excellent anti catabolic activity. Note: Does not contain inferior soy protein like some brands, soy has a lower biological value compared to whey.

Recommended Use
Recommended use***: Mix 145g (approximately four and a half level 60ml measures****) with 400ml water and mix thoroughly in a shaker cup or blender.
Daily serving: Take one serving mid morning between meals and one serving after your workout. On non training days take two servings, one mid morning between meals and one serving in the afternoon between meals. Do not exceed the stated dose.
