Healthspark 5-HTP capsules contain extracts from the Griffonia Seed, using a specially developed process that retains as much of the active components of 5-HTP as possible. It is then made into an easy to swallow capsule, and each one provides 100mg of 5-HTP (in amino acid form).
Ingredients Each capsule contains:
5-HTP Extract Providing 100mg of 5-HTP.
Other Ingredients:
Microcrystalline Cellulose, Stone Ground Rice Powder, Magnesium Stearate.
Directions Of Use
Take one to three capsules daily with food.
