Depending on the desired workout intensity, mix 1 scoop (Intense Workout) or 2 scoops (Super Intense) with 10-20 oz. of water. Take on an empty stomach 15 minutes prior to working out. To avoid sleeplessness, do not consume late at night. Do not exeed more than a 28g serving per day.
